• Elicitation of the relaxation response, a physiological state of deep rest that changes the physical and emotional responses to stress, through various techniques (including: mediation, visualization, mental focusing and progressive muscle relaxation).
• Coping strategies to manage stress; including goal setting and journal writing
• Cognitive restructuring: how thoughts affect health
• Nutrition and exercise

• 1 – Hour “Learning Lunch”
• Seated Massage – Mini massages for executives and staff
